Privacy
Use the app only where you are allowed to use assistance tools. Keep sensitive personal, financial, medical, or company-private information out of prompts unless you are allowed to share it.
Share the minimum screen, audio, or text needed for the answer.
Avoid adding passwords, keys, private customer data, or confidential documents.
Follow your school, employer, client, or session rules before using live help.
Troubleshooting
Restart the app, check that the install finished, and make sure your security settings allow the app to open.
Check microphone permission, make sure the correct input device is selected, then restart the app.
Allow screen recording or screen capture permission in your system settings, then reopen Secret Santa.
Sign out and back in, then refresh your profile page. If it still looks wrong, contact support with your account email.
Use the official download button on this site, then allow the download in your browser if it asks for confirmation.

Yes. The landing page has separate download buttons for Windows and macOS.
Top-ups add extra usage such as credits or minutes. They do not unlock new plan features by themselves.
